First and foremost Averil and her team went through a thorough screening process to ensure that we had the most suitable tenants, from organising the open homes to presenting us with their shortlist of applicants the entire process was seamless. Throughout the time that the property was rented we were thrilled with their prompt action if there was anything that needed attending to at the property and the thorough reports that were sent through after each scheduled inspection.
