We would like to express our sincere thank you for handling our recent sale. Finding a good agent is not easy and a great agent even harder, and a great team of agents harder again. Yourself and your son Joel fit into the latter category, a great team. Particularly Joel who was the one handling the sale negotiations. The sale wasnt easy, it had its moments, but you and Joel’s combined experience, I felt, made the difference.
Joel is an outstanding agent in that the manner in which he handles himself, knowing when to listen and for how long, and when to call for a decision, shows a maturity beyond his years and experience. His is also a very sincere person and calls the shots the way they are. This is the reflection of a good mentor which is no doubt yourself, well done.
