Averil Kennedy from Burleigh Property Sales has managed our block of townhouses for the past 12 years.
The first task Averil did for us, was removing the dreadful tenants, the previous agent had put in place. She was then the driving force in renovating the interiors, organising painting, new carpets and curtains. Being interstate owners this was extremely useful and to have found someone we had complete trust in, just confirmed our faith in her ability to manage our property. She accomplished this prior to going on maternity leave!
